Not only was Nilmini a great partner in getting a sense of a property and how it might work for us, but if we were interested she was very fast and good at establishing a personal relationship with the seller's agent. (A critical thing in such a competitive, fast-moving market!). Nilmini did a great job of keeping track of all the properties and then guiding us through the process of putting in an offer and getting to the closing. One of Nilmini's strongest attributes is her kindness and connection. She is a great support during a stressful and emotional process. She also went the extra mile for us often dealing with calls and writing offers in the evening and weekends to make sure we were as competitive as possible. Would recommend Nilmini!
